iWalk is a mobile application that encourages people, especially young generations, to reduce their carbon footprint through reward programs, socialization, and educational information.

In this section, you'll be introduced to my ideation process in this product, from identifying the problem to the handoffs, including but not limited to the following: user behavior research, persona and customer journey, solution ideation, UX architecture, wireframes, hi-fi design, prototype, usability tests, and revisions.

The Challenge:

How might we design a product that helps raise people's awareness of sustainability and lead them to live a more green, healthy life?

My Observation:

Many people somewhat have awareness of sustainability but they don’t have enough knowledge and clear solutions to help solve the environmental issues. Some of them think living green might be expensive.

The Solution:

I believe that a mobile application that provides an easy green life solution with some incentives and socialization features can help raise people's awareness of sustainability and make commitments to the earth.
